    Eine schnelle Strecke zum Auspowern, fast alles auf Radwegen, nur wenige Ampeln.

    Strecke führt am Königsforst vorbei und durch mit dem Highlight Vorbeifahrt am Schloss Bensberg.

    Lange flache Teilstücke, längerer Anstieg über 6km nach Forsbach, Berg-und Talfahrt nach Bensberg , steiler Anstieg zum Schloss und dann lange Abfahrt nach Refrath zuück.
