Die Tour lehnt sich meistens an die MTB Tour 8 an startet aber in Hermeskeil und geht dann über Hinzert, Beuren, Prosterath zum Drohntal. Nach dem Forellenhof geht es fast nur noch bergan bis zur Hohen Wurzel (knapp 400hm). Der Anstieg ist teilweise durch den Wegbelag (Steinweg) sehr anstrengend. Nach der Hohen Wurzel geht es in einer schönen Abfahrt nach Kell und parallel zum Ruwer-Hochwald-Radweg Richtung Reinsfeld. Die Schlußetappe folgt dann dem Ruwer-Hochwald-Radweg wieder nach Hermeskeil.
