Ausgangspunkt ist Hamm an der Sieg. Es geht kurz durch das Siegtal und dann leicht bergauf durch das Bachtal nach Halscheid. Von Halscheid nach Überholz sollte man eine kurze Pause machen und die Aussicht geniessen! Von Überholz geht es hinunter ins Holpebachtal und anschließend über Forst und Opperzau zurück nach Hamm.

Die Höhenmeter nicht so genau nehmen, die können nicht ganz stimmen...
