Die Sightseeing-Tour knöpft sich per Velo die Traumstädte Ascona und Locarno vor. Es geht weniger um die alten Steine als mehr um das Flair auf den Seepromenaden, Märkten und Flaniermeilen. Wir kommen an noblen Golfplätzen, Jachthäfen oder auch Wellness- und Sporteinrichtungen vorbei. Nicht überall darf man radeln. Ab und an ist auch schieben angesagt falls jemand guckt!? ;-) Ein bisschen schnüffeln wir auch noch im Naturschutzgebiet an der Verzasca - Mündung herum. Gestartet haben wir übrigens im Maggiatal vom Campingplatz Piccolo Paradiso aus.

Aus Deutschland kommend fährt man am besten durch den San Bernardino-Tunnel und bezahlt dann Autobahnmaut in Austria und in der Schweiz, aber das Benzin ist halt viel billiger ….!! Für Camper am Waldbad in Freiberg ist es eh ein bisschen weit!? ;-)
