Start war das Hotel Tryp in Cambrils. Es geht in Richtung Vinyols els Arcs und Riudoms. Weiter nach les Borges del Camp und Botarell. Weiter am Panta des Riudecanyes vorbei nach Duesalgües. Dem Tal folgen nach l'Argentera und zur Castell d'Escornalbou auf dem Berggipfel (tolle Aussicht, wird aber steil). Zurück geht es über Vilanova d'Escornalbou und Mont-ruig del Camp nach Cambrils.
