Gemütliche, schöne Runde im Alpenvorland. Überwiegend auf Asphalt (wegen Handgelenkverletzung), kann aber immer wieder rechts/links der Strecke durch nette Forstwege aufgewertet werden. Lediglich die Auffahrt vom Spitzingsattel zur Oberen Firstalm ist Forstweg und nur mit dem MTB befahrbar.
