Anspruchsvoller Trailrun im Estergebirge ab Wallgau (880m) zum Krottenkopf (2089m) und Bischof (2037m), Abstieg/Rückweg über Esterbergalm (1280m)
Netto-Laufzeit für einen sehr geübten Trailrunner 4h 47min (2h Krottenkopf, 54min Bischof, 1h 53min Abstieg/Rückweg nach Wallgau), gefechtsmäßig sind vielleicht auch 4h 30min möglich... ;-)
Für normales Wandern müssen etwa 12h gerechnet werden (mit Pausen >13h)!!
Einkehr in Weilheimer Hütte (vor/kurz nach Krottenkopf) und Esterbergalm möglich (Öffnungszeiten beachten).
