Von Münster-Sarmsheim vorbei an den Trollfelsen. Dann durch ein Waldstück nach Waldalgesheim. Hoch zum Bodmannstein. Dann geht es begab bis kurz vor das Schweizerhaus. Rechts rein mit klasse Anstieg zum Damianskopf, Rheinblick. Dann zur Hängebrücke und ab den Berg runter zum Heiligkreuz. Danach den Wanderweg nach Bingen nehmen. Zurück über die B9 zum Ausgangspunkt.
