Von unserer Unterkunft in Lienz auf Radwegen und Straßen stetig bergan ins Debanttal. Irgendwann geht die Straße in einen Schotterweg über, der jedoch problemlos befahren werden kann. Die Auffahrt an sich ist eher unspektakulär. Gleiches gilt zunächst für die Abfahrt, die aber dann in schöne Trails mündet. Lediglich der letzte Teil vor Stribach ist aufgrund der vielen Wurzeln etwas tricky.
Anschließend geht es zurück nach Lienz. Vorbei am Schloss Bruck bis zur Moosalm. Von dort über den Alban Lakata Trail zurück nach Lienz. Letzterer Trail ist aufgrund seiner Steilheit (ca. 330hm auf 2km) und Steilkurven nicht ohne, auch wenn er als "mittelschwer" ausgeschrieben ist.
