Nette Runde mit Grundlagen - Ausdauer Strecken im Ampertal. Im Ampertal können aber noch einige Höhenmeter hinzu kommen, wenn gewünscht. In Summe können so etwa 700 - 800 HM gesammelt werden.

Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale gibt es auf dem direkten Weg nicht. In Kranzberg bietet sich aber der Kranzbergersee für einen kleinen Zwischenstop an. Bei schönem Wetter hat hier meist der Biergarten geöffnet.
