Auf teilweise holprigen Wald- und etwas zugewachsenen Wiesenwegen hat man auf diesem Rundweg viele steile Anstiege zu bezwingen. Diese Route hat den höchsten Trail-Anteil und ist auch für geübte Mountainbiker anspruchsvoll.
Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Hellenthal, Blumenthal, Dommersbach, an der Wildenburg oder in Reifferscheid.
