Start ist in Rengsdorf (Adaption Quellenhof in der Friedrichstraße) - Straße in Richtung Hardert, dann am Schwimmbad vorbei immer bergab bis zu Schwannensee. Die Tour führt meist über gut ausgebaute Waldwege. Zum Schluß führt sie über die Bundesstraße zurück nach Rengsdorf. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache, man kann aber auch hinter Straßenhaus links in Richtung Hardert abbiegen und dann über Nebenstraßen und Waldweg zurück nach Rengsdorf fahren.
Zum Abschluß empfiehlt sich im Sommer ein Besuch im Rengsdorfer Freibad. Ansonsten Sauna und Schwimmen im MONTEMARE.

A 3 bis Abfahrt Neuwied, dann ca. 10 km bis Rengsdorf. Starten kann man auch am Rengsdorfer Freibad.
