Dies ist ein Mitschnitt der RTF "Holsteinischer Wellenritt" beginend und endend in Bad Segeberg. Die Tour fuehrt durch wenig befahrene Landstrassen und beinhlatet auch einige kleine Anstiege. Insgesamt sind ca. 600 HM zu bewaeltigen. Landschaftlich ist die Tour sehr schoen.
Da es sich um eine RTF handelt, ist die Strecke in drei Schleifen aufgeteilt (50, 75, 110 Km) und man kann nach Lust und Laune entscheiden welche Laenge man fahren moechte.
