Von Johanneskirchen aus Richtung Ismaning, an den Speicherseen vorbei Richtung Sendeanlagen, dann wieder zurück Richtung Isar, vorbei an Fischerhäuser und entlang der Isar bis Unterföhring. Hier den kleinen Miniberg Nahe des Unterföhringer Sees hinauf und auf der anderen Seite wieder hinunter Richtung Feringasee. Dann weiter über Feldwege nach Aschheim und von dort über Dornach wieder zurück nach Johanneskirchen.
