Abfahrt in Hamm. Über die B256 nach Roth und hinunter nach Wissen. An der Kirche links durch die Unterführung, über die Siegbrücke und direkt rechts ab Richtung Honigsessen. Den Anstieg hoch und in der Linkskurve rechts abbiegen Richtung Mühlental. Hinter Mühlental links abbiegen und nach wenigen hundert Metern rechts ins Wippetal abbiegen. Immer geradeaus, den Anstieg hoch und über Morsbach und Wissen wieder zurück nach Hamm.
Die Strecke ist zwar stellenweise sehr schlecht, aber auch mit Rennrad einigermaßen gut zu fahren.
