Von Rhein geht es über Ingelheim zum Selztalradweg.
Hinter Großwinternheim rechts nach Bubenheim. Am Friedhof rechts den Berg hoch.
Auf dem Plateau oberhalb von Ober-Hilbesheim bis hinter Aspisheim entlang. Bei guter Sicht hat man eine tolle Fernsicht. In Dromersheim wieder vom Plateau runter und dann den Feldweg Richtung Ockenheim.
Vor Ockenheim nach links nochmal auf den Rochusberg. Von dort über Kempten und Gaulsheim wieder zurück nach Ingelheim.
