Vom Naturhotel Moosmair steile Abfahrt von Ahornach 1500m nach Sand in Taufers 864m auf der Straße. Von dort in das Tal zum Neves Stausee 1864m im Mühlwaldtal über Lappach 1436m immer relativ leicht ansteigend auf wenig befahrener Straße. Von Lappach auf sehr schmaler, steiler und gebührenpflichtiger Straße zum Neves Stausee mit großartigen Ausblicken auf die Bergwelt. Vom Nevesstausse 1856m auf Schotterstraße sehr steil und dann auf Wanderweg zur Chemnitzer Hütte 2420m. Danach Fahrrad schieben und tragen bis zur Göge. Danach Trail ins Weißbachtal und weiter nach Luttach und über Wanderweg 33 zurück nach Ahornach. Übernachtung im
