Wanderung durch das Val Cornei zur schön gelegenen Kirche San Lorenzio, zurück über Orco und das Val di Nava.
Anfahrt von Finale Ligure aus problemlos mit dem Rad möglich, kaum Höhenunterschied bis zum Eingang des Val Cornei. Hinauf zuerst über einen ruppig begginnenden Wanderweg der dann bald in einen schmalen Güterweg übergeht. Hinauf dann nach San Lorenzio ein schöner Wiesenwanderweg. Oben bei der Kirche ein Picknickplatz
Zurück über Orco auf einem Güterweg. Dann in das Val die Nave um den Berg herum. Hier handelt es sich um eine beliebte MTB Strecke, immer auf Geräusche von hinten aufpassen.
Zuletzt ca. 2km auf der Straße zurück zum Taleingang des Val Cornei. Hier ist eine Pizzeria, Öffnungszeiten unbekannt.
