Aufgrund von angekündigtem Gewitter recht kurze, einfache Tour mit Upgrade für Foto-Shooting auf's Kreuzleitjoch (2070m) und anschließend auf der Suche nach Handy Empfang auf den Säbelspitz (2159m).

  1. Hochweißsteinhaus (1867m)
  2. Öfner Joch (2011m), über R#140 nach
  3. Cra Fleons di sopra (1864m)
  4. Cra Fleons di sotto (1671m), über R#142 nach
  5. Cra Sissanis
  6. Giramondo Paß (1971m)
  7. Kreuzleitjoch (2070m)
  8. Säbelspitz (2159m)
  9. Kreuzleitjoch (2070m), per Abkürzung über alten Steig in Richtung Osten nach
  10. Obere Wolayeralm (1709m)
  11. Wolayersee Haus (1959m)

Alternativen:

  • Öfner Joch (2011m) – Raudenspitze (2507m) – Schönjöchl (2295m) – Edigon (2511m) – Steinwand (2520m) – Letterspitzl (2463m) und von hier über:
  • Obergailjoch (2218m) – Letterspitzbiwak (2008m) – Steinhütte (1807m) – Niedergailer Alm – Podlanig Alm auf's Kreuzleitjoch (2070m), oder
  • Niederl (2232m) – Kesselkofel (2251m) – Lahnerjoch (1998m) – Niedergailer Joch (2003m) zum Giramondopass (1971m)

Die Alternativen sind wohl eine schöne Kletterei, vorallem die 3. Variante mit Schwierigkeitsgrad bis zu 3. Ausreichend Zeit einplanen.
