Die Tour startet am Elfrather-See, über  ruhige Nebenstrassen gehts dann zu den Sonsbecker-Höhen. Hier sind einige Höhenmeter zu fahren. Nach ca.70 km.stärkt man sich im Bauernkaffe "Binnenheide.Über Wirtschaftswege und ruhigen Strassen geht es zurück über Issum,Hüls nach Uerdingen.
