Die Tour führt von Rotenburg über den Mountainbikeweg B2 bis zur Hohen Buche, über Wüstefeld und endet wieder in Rotenburg. Der Untergrund besteht bis Wüstefeld aus gut befahrbarem Waldweg und ist auch bei Nässe problemlos zu bewältigen. Von Wüstefeld bis Rotenburg geht es ca. 3 km über die wenig befahrene Landstraße.
