Vom Parkplatz kurz vor dem Lager Walchen zuerst den Lizumbach entlang. Später links die Hänge hinauf an einigen Almen vorbei. Kurz unterhalb des Gipfels ist eine etwas steilere und technisch mäßig anspruchsvolle Stelle zu überwinden.

Im Inntal nach Wattens. Dort Richtung Wattenberg, Wattener Lizum, Lager Walchen bis zum Ende der Strasse. Dort befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz
