Den Namen Bad Orber Hüttentour habe ich für diese Wanderung deshalb gewählt, weil sie an mehreren unbewirtschafteten Hütten/Pavillons vorbei führt.
- Obere Markberghütte (364m)
- Untere Markberghütte
- Wald-Ruhe-Wiese Langgut
- Vordere Priem Hütte
- Hintere Priem Hütte
Ein Teil der Wanderroute wird auch von Mountainbikern genutzt und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme ist Voraussetzung. Desweiteren führt die Tour auch an Steinbrüchen vorbei und hier besteht trotz Geländer immer eine gewisse Absturtzgefahr. Passt also an diesen Stellen besonders auf.
Größtenteils führt die Runde über gute Waldwege, nur an den Steinbrüchen und einer Sepentine ist hier nur ein schmaler Pfad.
