We start at Brno in our home. Firstly we have to escape from city, in our case we choose the cycle-route around svratka river, there is no traffic and there is nice surroundings.

Next we go to beginning of the Zdanicky forest to the Lovcicky village. There was waiting quite steep ascent to the ridge of the highlands. When you overcome this hill you will stay inside deep beechen forest. We go up and down sometimes little steeply until we reached Korycany village. In about tree quarters of way from Lovcicky to Korycany, you can see oil refinery. In Korycany there is a good place for rest in some pub and to drink some beer :-).

From Korycany we go around dam to reach ruin of the Cimburk castle. There is another opportunity to refresh yourself by bottle of beer :-). Next we continue to lovely meadows under Buchlov castle when we sleep in our sleeping-bags and make fire and grill sausages.

Tomorrow morning we continue our route inside beautiful beechen forests of Chriby highlands. In eleven o'clock we finish our route across highlands and we go along Morava river across Kromeriz to Kojetin to train back to Brno.
