Den Haag - Alphen aan den Rijn
"Nature" route through green Southern Holland fields past grazing cows, goats, sheep and along canals. The first part of the track leads us out of the city of Den Haag, along the road to Wassenaar. After about 8 km we leave this cycling path and start the idyllic part of this cycling route which bypasses the Vlietland lake and some tiny villages along the way to Alphen aan den Rijn.
We return to Den Haag by train, either via Leiden or via Gouda.
