Diese Loipe ist eine flache Loipe und Zubringer zu diversen anderen Loipen. Mit teilweise drei Spuren nebeneinander plus Skatingabschnitt bietet sie Langläufern aller Erfahrungsstufen gleichzeitig Platz. Es bestehen viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten und das Umfeld ist sehr offen. Entsprechend ist hier auch viel los. Außerdem sind hier einige Langlaufschulen ansässig.
