Die Tour führt zunächst auf einem Radweg aus Banyoles heraus. Sie wendet sich dann nach Centenys und führt größenteils auf Waldwegen nach Esponella. Von dort aus geht es den Fluvia antlang und schliesslich nach Banyoles zurück.
