MTB Tour in die nordöstlichen Hassberge zum „Stachel“ bei Pettstadt. Am östlichen Ausgang von Zeil, Richtung Bamberg durch Ziegelanger bis Steinbach in den unteren Weinbergswegen. In Steinbach hoch in die Hassberge, an Bischofsheim und Dörflis vorbei zum Rennweg. In nördliche Richtung bis Höhe Pettstadt. In der Ortsmitte zum beschilderten Stachel hoch fahren. Richtung Weißenbrunn abfahren. Über Köslau, Bühl und Hofstetten, am Dreiländerstein und Trimmpfad vorbei, nach Zeil zurück.
Vorwiegend geschotterte Waldwege, Flurbereinigungswege und wenig befahrene Landstraßen. Teilweise regionale und überregionale Radwege mit Beschilderung
