    • Einrollen ca. 5 Km nach Lana - Auf der Gampenpasstrasse nach Völlan - weiter auf geteerter Forststrasse bis Km 17 - Beginn der am  Anfang etwas steinigen Forststrasse,  bis zum höchsten Punkt bei Km 22,2.
    • Km 20,6 Hofschänke "Frollnhof"
    • Km 24,2 Wasserstelle
    • Abfahrt auf Forstweg/Trail nach Platzers, Völlanerbad(Gasthof), Völlan, Lana, Meran.
    • Ca. 400 Mt. Schiebepassagen.
