Die Tour beginnt in Sinzig und führt über den Mühlenberg
nach Lohrsdorf,hier beginnt die Anfahrt zum Rotweinwanderweg.Diesen befährt man bis Mariental.An der Ahr angekommen fährt man den sehr schönen Trail zum Calvarienberg dann durch Ahrweiler und kurz vor der Kreisverwaltung geht es links hoch zum Rotweinwanderweg.Jetzt geht es wieder zurück bis Ehlingen,dort klettert man dann hoch zum Golfplatz.Von dort geht es über Bodendorf zurück nach Sinzig.Die Fahrtzeit beträgt 2 Std.46 min.es sind 1064 Höhenmeter abzufahren.Hier ist einiges an Kondition angesagt.
