Von Mürzzuschlag über Spital a.S. zur Friedrichhütte. Weiter die beschilderte Mountainbikestrecke Wind&Biken über die Steinbachalm zur Schwarzriegelalm. Ein etwas steilerer Güterweg führt zum Schwarzriegel. Weiter auf einer schön ausgebauter Schotterstraße des Windparks Pretul geht es zum Roseggerhaus und weiter zur Ganzalm.
