This trail you simply can walk, it is an asphalt track along the mountain. The trail is along the water drainage system of the mountains. The view on Gold Coast and Tuen Mun is nice.
As the track is not far from the highway you can still hear it a little, but is anyway nice to be in the nature. you also can walk the way MacLehose Trail in the other directon to the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir then it is totally quiet.
When you plan to visit the Gold Coast Marina for lunch or dinner, then this walk is a nice add.
