Nice Hiking Tour, the trail has mostly a stony ground, you need a good shoe sole. The trail is always going trough the forest, sometimes crossing small brooks. On the summit of Buck Mountain you have a phantastic view over Lake George. I walked all the way in T-Shirt, but on the top was a cold strong wind, don't forget warm clothes.
