Tour on the south coast of Tenerife island. Most of the tour on single trail. Starting in El Medano. Trail through dry landscape, golf course, rocky ground. Very nice rocks close to Las Galletas. From El Medano to Palm- Mar technically easy, with few meters of pushing the bike. From Palm Mar about 1 km on paved road then steep ascent, about 50-100 m (in altitude) pushing the bike. Downhill to Los Christianos S1-S2 - quite difficult but not long.
in Los Christianos call somebody to take you back to El Medano.
