Great Missenden

This walk is within easy reach of London, and goes from Great Missenden station to Amersham. It takes you through the Chiltern Hills which are mostly made of chalk and involve gentle climbs and descents, but nothing too strenuous. This walk can be very muddy after it rains, which is pretty much any time of year, but during the winter particuarly you should have good boots which you don't mind getting muddy!
