Rodeln: Pralongia Plateau, Störes - Armentarola, Sankt Kassian
Vom Pralongia Plateau geht der Rodelweg bis nach Armentarola hinunter. Wunderschöne Bergkkulisse oben inclusive.
Man fährt mit der Kabinenbahn von St. Kassian auf den Piz Sorega rauf (ca. 5EUR, Tip: s.u. gleich Karten für zwei Fahrten pro Nase kaufen, 6er/10er Karten gibt's billiger) und wandert von dort aus. Alternativ könnte man auch von unten hochlaufen.
Von der Bergstation aus geht der Weg auf dem Paralongia-Plateau ohne gröbere Anstiege ca. 1h15 quer durch's Skigebiet bis zur Paralongia Hütte (Einkehr). Anschliessend dann noch ca. 0h25 weiter bis zum "Gipfel" (Störes). Von dort aus mit dem Rodel die Naturrodelbahn bzw. den Fostweg runter bis ins Tal (3,0km?, 500hm). Dann wieder zurückwandern über Armentarola bis St. Kassian.
Als Anschluss kann man nochmal mit der Kabinenbahn hochfahren und gleich unterhalb der Bergstation am Piz Sorega die ausgebaute Rodelbahn neben der Bahn hinunter bis zur Talstation in St. Kassian fahren (2,5km?, 450hm).
