Der Prälatenweg im Kreis Gütersloh verbindet die ehemaligen Klöster Marienfeld, Herzebrock und Clarholz. Die eigentliche Strecke ist ca. 30 km lang und mit der Bischhofsmütze ausgezeichnet . Wir sind in Gütersloh am Südring, Nähe Heidewaldstadion, gestartet und sind im Uhrzeigersinn gefahren. Also, am Bänischsee vorbei nach Herzebrock.
In Clarholz am Kirchplatz in der Eisdiele unbedingt das Pizzaeis probieren.
Der gesamte Streckenverlauf ist auf einsamen und kleinen landwirtschaftlichen Straßen, Wald - und Feldwege. Alles befahrbar.
Gute Einkehrmöglichkeit in der "Klosterpforte" in Marienfeld.
