Von Klagenfurt-Klinikum entlang der Glan (R7) bis Poppichl, Wrießnitz, Stegendorf, Zweikirchen, Liebenfels. Überquere die Bundesstraße, aufwärts nach Glantschach, Liemberg,von hier unbefestigte Strasse bis zum Reidenwirt und auf die Simonhöhe-Strasse. Abwärts nach St. Urban, am See vorbei nach Kleingradenegg viele Kehren abwärts bis zum Roggbach. Den Bach entlang auf unbefestigter Straße bis zur Hauptstraße und Bundesstraße und Bahn überqueren auf den RW Feldkirchen-St. Veit (R5). Nach den ersten Häusern rechts weg bergauf auf Schotterweg bis zur Landesstraße bei St. Martin und auf dieser nach Klein- St. Veit zur ausgiebigen Mittagspause und dann zur Turracher Bundesstraße und auf dem R2 zurück nach Klagenfurt
