Hier bin ich zur Route der Kontraste gefahren, die ich nur empfehlen kann.
Da ich die Route nicht ganz genau gefunden habe, bin ich hier eine etwas andere Route gefahren, die aber auch sehr schön ist.
Auf 72 km kommt man, wenn man von der Kanalbrücke in E-Altenessen hin- und zurückfährt.
Da ich mein Garmin erst etwas später angemacht habe, bin ich nur auf 42 km gekommen.
