Los gehts in Schönmünzach auf dem Radweg Richtung Zwickgabel. Bis zum Seibelseck schön leichter Anstieg (bis auf ein ca 300 m langes Steilstück - noch fahrbar ca 18% ). Nach dem Seibelseck bis zum Aussichtsturm Hornisgrinde wirds schon etwas Steiler. Dann runter zum Ochsenstall (immer rechts halten) mit Traileinlage S2. Nach der Mittagspause im Ochsenstall ( nicht so überlaufen wie am Mummelsee) gehts im Bogen nochmal zum Seibelseck. Dann hoch Schwarzkopf und Geißkopf mit S1 - S2 Einlagen - geht auch nur bei bestem Wetter. Der Trail endet direkt am Skilift. Kurzer oder auch lägerer Abstecher zur Darmstädter Hütte. Jetzt geht 3-4 km auf einem schönen Pfad abwärts danach die üblichen Schotterwege ab Zwickgabel wieder geteert runter bis Parkplatz.
