Die Tour beginnt am Fußballplatz in Lorch und geht an der Rems entlang nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Kurz nachdem man in Schwäbisch Gmünd angekommen ist geht die Strecke über die B29 auf die alte Höhe Stauferbahnstrecke. Ab hier folgt man der Strecke bis nach Waschebäuren. Von dort geht es am Wäscheschloss vorbei wieder ins Tal an die B29 und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
