    Start an der AOK in Gießen, Fahrt Richtung Heuchelheim, Kinzenbach und zum Königstuhl. Von dort geht es weiter Richtung Dünsberg. Nach der Abfahrt wieder mal auf den Single-Trail bei Fellinghausen und dann im Fohnbachtal nach Krofdorf. Dann über Heuchelheim zurück nach Gießen.
